Return Window

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and sealed in the original packaging

• In the same condition that you received it

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: We cannot accept returns on opened products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

1. Email us at help@newformhealth.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We will provide you with return instructions

3. Ship the item back to us at the provided address

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Products not in their original packaging
